Elizabeth Eppel is currently a part time research fellow in the School of Government at Victoria University and an education and public policy consultant. She has published research on joined up government and information sharing in public services. Elizabeth completed her PhD at Victoria University of Wellington on public policy processes in 2009. Her prior career was in education, public policy, and as a secondary school science teacher.
